on correspondence, i.e.,
an e-mail, that does not
prove that the person
- Actually received the cc-copy
- Read it and thereby knew
about the issue reflected in
the contents of the message.
Most people do not read all of the
mail, either e-mail or U.S. mail,
that is sent to them.
