Political Factoid
As Gov. Pat McCrory (R-NC)
had made a campaign pledge
not to sign any more-restrictive
abortion bills,
... the North Carolina
legislature took a bill
about "Motorcycle Safety"
and jammed it full of their
ultra-restrictive abortion
requirements
... so the governor
would not be signing
an "abortion" bill per se.
This prompted some people to immediately
identify it as the "Vagina Motorcycle!"
