Political Factoid

An increasing number of major
corporations (e.g., McDonalds,
Walgreen, Wal-Mart)
with low-pay
hourly workers, further rip-off
their employees by forcing them
to accept "payment cards"
... in lieu of payroll checks,
direct-deposit, or cash
(a.k.a. U.S. legal tender),
... and subjecting the
employees to paying
upwards of $40-$50 per
month in fees* on those
cards
* for which the corporation undoubtedly
receives a kick-back from the bank.
