The idea of "states' rights" is
that the different states should
be allowed to choose their own
unique method for handling
various issues.
 
Major so-called advocates*
of states' rights use
national SuperPACs to push
their common agenda in
other states.
 
* Those other states should determine
for themselves, as long as they all
determine what "we" want them to.
