Every year when school starts, the tourism industry
complains that their revenues fall off sharply and
the industry begins complaining to the politicians.
"By the tourism industry's logic, kids shouldn't
attend school at all. They could spend their
winters at indoor water parks. Rather than
spending all that time in class, they could frolic
at amusement parks and spend their parents'
money at cafes and ice skating rinks all year
long."
