Political Factoid
An unfertilized egg,
may become an
embryo (after fertilization),
and begin a pregnancy
(about six days after fertilization),
and which may evolve
to a nonviable fetus
(nine weeks after conception),
which may later become a
viable fetus (capable of life,
usually after 23 to 24 weeks of
gestation) and, if all goes
well, will eventually become
a newborn, and end the
pregnancy.
BTW, gestation is the period
of development while inside
the uterus, i.e., it is how long
a woman is pregnant.
There may be details here that are
beyond the comprehension of many
people, particularly those incapable
of such.
