agencies repeatedly
say it is okay for
them to shoot and kill,
without penalty, (an
otherwise innocent person)
because that person pointed
a gun in their direction,
then any citizen should
be allowed to shoot and
kill, without penalty,
a police office pointing
a gun in their direction.
