the police laughing after
a 23-year-old Indian student
was hit and killed by a
police van going 74 MPH.
Between the laughter can
be heard such comments as
- "she wasn't worth much"
- "just have the city write
a check for $11,000"
- "she had limited value"
The officer may be fired as a result
