School personnel should do anything but teach.
They should:
- Be armed guards
- Conduct active shooter drills
- Censor reading material
- Baby sit kids
- Supervise and enforce bathroom rules
- Check birth certificates
- Enforce strict dress codes
- Well-segregate sports activies
