After about 500 years,
the Jesus movement was
absorbed (taken over)
by the Roman Empire
(government), to become
the Roman Catholic
Church
After another 500 years
or so, there was a huge
split between the Roman
Church and the orthodox
church
. . . followed by
minor divisions within
the Roman church
called "orders."
500 or so years after that,
another major split when
King Henry (the government)
started the Church of
England.
. . . and Martin Luther
led a split that became
the Protestant church
movement.
Now, after another 500 or
so years, Christian
Nationalism is being
promoted by American
right-wing conservative
Republicans
