post office managers
- Slowed overall mail delivery*

mail got delivered each day*
- Removed neighborhood blue post office
mail collection boxes*
- Stopped postmarking mail-in ballots
- Stopped treating voting material
as first class mail and now classisfying
it as 3rd class bulk mail
allowing it to be discarded if
not delivered properly.
- Raised rates for states mailing
out voting materials
- Decommissioned numerous mail
sorting machines in key hubs
- Withheld funds for the Post Office
- Refused coronairus stimulus
funding for the Post Office
- Prohibited ballot drop boxes other
than one per board-of-election
