numerous leases with co-tenancy
clauses, are destined to go
the way of W.T.Grant stores
in the last century with their
"99-year leases."
The difference being that in the
W.T. Grant situation the tenant went TU*
whereas in the current situation the
landlords are destined to go out of business.
