as shouting, yelling,
and screeming,
(. . . as is so much of
21st Century music.)
Likewise in politics, politely
advocating and discussing are
not the same as demanding, refusing
to discuss, refusing to listen,
refusing to properly debate and
not allowing a vote to taken.
