The Judge ruled that since the accused
Republicans did not participate in the
burglary and theft of the item,
. . . they bear no legal liability
for fencing the stolen item
in the back alley (or wherever).
"Receiving stolen property" and "possessing stolen property"
is okay for Republicans: It's what they do.
