Judiciary Committee hearing,
Attorney General William Barr
strongly, and repeatedly,
"suggested" (implied) that
. . .  in the lack of positive
identification and other
iron clad evidence to
support a conviction of a
criminal suspect,
. . .  that, by
definition (i.e., Barr's),
