Political Factoid
Just as most newer automobiles
have built-in GPS tracking devices
that can report the car's location
back to the manufacturer at any time,
. . . the newer airplanes of many
major airlines have built-in
"inflight entertainment systems"
which incorporate biometric
identify devices (e.g., cameras)
and identity recognition software,
which can be activated "before
departure, during the flight,
and upon arrival."*
Be sure and smile during your next flight.

Albeit most airlines claim that the devices are
currently deactivated (a.k.a. activation is pending
-- and can be activated at any time without notice).
