Founding Fathers (i.e., the writers
of the U.S. Constitution) were open
to, and considerate of, people
with differing religious views,
. . . as evident by the
Presidential oath (Article II,
Section one, Clause 8)
where it says, "solemnly
swear (or affirm)"*
