be a U.S. citizen
(a.k.a. an anchor baby).
But if the non-American
couple conceive outside
the United States, and
the women then comes to
America to give birth,
. . . the undeveloped,
unborn clearly will be
an "undocumented
alien" the minute the
border is crossed.
