We need a law requiring
that men post a formal
legal notice in their
hometown newspaper at
least 72 hours prior to
getting a vasectomy.
- There should be a $250 tax
on each such procedure.
- No government funds should be
allowed to pay for the procedure.
- An insurance company that pays
for any portion of the procedure
should lose all tax credits,
tax exemptions, tax refunds and
other tax benefits for the year.
(Constitutionality can probably be
pre-assured considering the current
conservative Catholic-dominated
court.)
