May 1, 2003, after attacking Iraq, President G.W. Bush made his infamous speech standing under a large "Mission Accomplished" banner.
May 1, 2011, Present Barack Obama announced to the nation and the world that Bin Laden had been killed in a successful U.S. Special Forces operation that President Obama had authorized a week before.
The previous teams repeatedly got it wrong.
In 2011, the President's teams got it right.
