South Carolina lawmakers have
a long history of going against
the federal government.
They are now trying to bypass
interstate commerce regulations
by marking items manufactured
and sold within the state.
Of course, most items will likely contain
components and materials from out-of-state.
Plus, this certainly limits their market.
